Terms

The conditions for using Predictly. Short, because the service is simple.

Last updated 19 September 2026.

About these terms

Predictly is published by a private individual and is currently free of charge. Details of the publisher and host are in the legal notice. By using Predictly you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Who can use Predictly

You must be at least 16 to use Predictly or to create an account. This is Predictly’s own rule, chosen so that accounts do not require a parental-consent process. Predictly is not an adults-only service.

What Predictly does

You ask a question about something that has not happened yet. Predictly uses artificial intelligence to analyze it and returns a directional forecast, a confidence level and its reasoning. Asking requires a free account, which also lets you save forecasts privately.

The service is provided as it is. It may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable at times, and features may be added or removed.

Forecasts are estimates

  • Every forecast is generated by artificial intelligence from available information and reasoning. It is an estimate, not a fact and not a guarantee of any outcome.
  • Forecasts can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. The model reads relevant articles before answering, but they can be incomplete or behind the latest news, and the model can misread them.
  • Sources listed under a forecast are third-party articles. Predictly does not control or endorse them.
  • The confidence level describes how strongly Predictly stands behind its answer. It is not certainty.
  • Do not rely on a forecast alone for decisions with serious consequences, and verify anything important independently.

Not financial advice

Predictly does not provide financial, investment, trading or purchase-and-sale advice. Forecasts about markets, companies, prices or crypto-assets are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold or otherwise transact.

Not a betting or gambling service

Predictly is not a betting platform, a gambling service or a prediction market. It takes no stakes, offers no odds and pays out nothing. Do not use Predictly to facilitate gambling where it is illegal.

Acceptable use

Almost any question about a public event is welcome — a match, a release date, an election. You agree not to use Predictly to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
  • harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone;
  • seek or expose private personal information, or produce forecasts about identifiable private individuals;
  • seek conclusions about a person's health, sex life, religion, ethnicity, political opinions or criminal record, or produce accusations against a named person;
  • generate sexual content or content about children;
  • send spam, run automated or bulk requests, scrape the service, or try to bypass its limits;
  • attack, probe, overload or otherwise interfere with the service or its security, or try to make the AI behave maliciously.

Criticism, discussion and ordinary lawful use are always fine. If you believe something Predictly produced is unlawful, write to predictly.contact@gmail.com.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can delete saved forecasts from the Your forecasts page, and have the whole account deleted by writing to predictly.contact@gmail.com. Accounts used in breach of these terms may be suspended or closed; where that happens you will be told why and can reply to the same address.

Intellectual property

Predictly’s name, design, interface and code belong to the publisher. The questions you write remain yours. You may use and share the forecasts you receive, provided you do not present them as anything other than AI-generated estimates. Third-party names that appear in questions or forecasts belong to their owners, and their appearance implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Liability

Predictly is free and provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a forecast, for losses arising from one, or for interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you use Predictly as a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

Paid features

Predictly is currently free. If paid features are introduced, they will be governed by additional terms presented to you before any purchase.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you and you do not accept it, you can stop using Predictly and delete your account.
