Predictly is published by a private individual on a non-professional basis. It is currently free of charge, carries no advertising and generates no revenue.

About the service
- Predictly is currently free to use. Asking for a forecast requires a free account.
- Forecasts are generated by artificial intelligence from available information and reasoning. They are estimates, they can be wrong, and they are not guarantees of any outcome.
- Predictly is not a betting or gambling service. It takes no stakes and offers no odds.
- Predictly does not provide financial, investment or trading advice.

Reporting unlawful content
If you believe something Predictly produced is unlawful — defamatory, infringing, or about you in a way it should not be — write to predictly.contact@gmail.com with the text concerned, what you believe is wrong with it, and how to reach you. Reports are reviewed by a person, and you will be told the outcome.
Intellectual property
The Predictly name, interface, wording and code belong to the publisher. Names of clubs, companies, products, people and events that appear in questions or forecasts belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subject being discussed; their appearance implies no affiliation or endorsement. Intellectual-property concerns can be sent to predictly.contact@gmail.com.
